Easy to deal with pricing a straightforward. We were looking for a Subaru Solterra used. We called from Bradenton made a tentative deal over the phone, and then drove an hour and a half to go get the car.
I drove from out of town to test drive a vehicle on the website. I couldn’t be more pleased. It was exactly what I wanted. Howard had me driving away in short order with a big smile on my face. The whole team was great.
I always feel like a VIP at Subaru Lakeland. The staff are always friendly and efficient—from check-in to checkout. I always know what is going on, how much it’s going to cost, and a good estimate of when it will be done.

This was our second service visit to Subaru Lakeland. Austin took great care of us, kept me informed and the service team worked quickly to perform scheduled service and investigate a concern I had over we drove over a 4x4 post on the highway at highway speeds (it was unavoidable). To Subaru’s credit, I could barely detect any issue while driving afterward..no damage and a slight alignment adjustment…amazing! Speaking of Service, the same word can be used…amazing! The whole dealership is a cut above the rest…and Subaru builds GREAT vehicles!

Subaru of Lakeland has an amazing Service Department! On 2-20-2026 I took my Forrester in because of a rattling sound. They located the source and provided over the top customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and they win the GOLD METAL!!! Thank you Austin and all of the employees I had the pleasure of interacting with!
We have used the service department twice now. Both occasions the service was timely, and the customer service was excellent.
I always get great service. The staff makes me feel like I'm the only customer that matters. When I pulled to the side of shop, someone came out to make sure everything was ok. I told him I couldn't get my phone to connect to my car and he stayed and helped me get it connected. Took about 15 minutes. I sure appreciated the help. I love SUBARU.

The service staff is one of a kind. Both my service advisor, and the other at the time I was there for my service were astute professionals, even while being verbally assaulted by unhappy customers with little to no understanding of the problems with their vehicles at that time. I chose Subaru because I was encouraged by my sister and my son. The sales girl came out and picked me up as I was without wheels after the flood. I liked the service and courtesy.

In the past, your service has been exceptional. Your service has been extremely professional and reliable. However, this time the mechanic left each wheel with one lug nut missing, but, fortunately I saw it b4 I left your place and it was corrected. In addition, for my oil change, I asked for synthetic blend, not full synthetic. I wanted 5W20 oil, but am not sure what I actually received? This tire rotation and balance, and oil change cost me almost $200. That price is extremely high. Other than that everything is fine.....

Eric was very helpful. There was a problem with the final numbers at the closing and it took some time to straighten it out. I was sold a service contract which I knew nothing about. Every number on the closing statement should be gone over with the customer, especially the agreed out-the-door cost of the car. Took my car in for a routine oil change. Service advisor noticed serpentine belt was due to be changed. I authorized that service. Glad my car was taken care of by alert mechanics and service advisor. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my service needs.

The service was efficient and done well . My only complaint would be after the service they washed car and brought it done — well my car was cleaner before they washed it as they do not wipe them down - it was BAD with water spots. When I got it home I rewatched and wiped down got it looking first class again NOT second class !!!!!

I started working with Fred in the middle of the week via text and then was able to meet him on Saturday to discuss the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. He was easy to work with and I didn't feel he was pushy about anything. Jessica was the finance person who helped me and she was great to work with as well. I appreciated her knowledge and openness about my loan.

We brought the car in to have a tire fixed...they just put air in tire ...the tire went flat again... we didn't notice and we drove on flat tire. We took the car to a local tire shop. The tire had a nail in it. Since we drove on a flat tire we ended up having to buy a full set of tires. A nail in our tire costs us over $899.00 Don't know who we worked with

Howard was absolutely the reason we stayed to purchase our forester. While the car was amazing once we sat down and drove it around, I never would have gotten to that point had it not been for our connection with Howard. We are first time Subaru owners and we were not seeing them as a first choice, but not having to deal with the traditional "vulture" style of salesman convinced me to keep looking into this brand. I won't buy another Subaru without going through Howard first.
